Frequently Asked Questions
How long will I actually wait?
It depends on your area. In our launch markets (Vancouver, Greater Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna), most Founding Members are placed within 2–6 weeks. We need 10 members in a geographic area to form a group. You'll receive progress updates so you're never guessing.
What if someone in my industry signs up before me?
Industry spots are first-come, first-served. As a Founding Member, you've already claimed yours. If your industry is taken in one group, we'll place you in the next group forming in your area — still with priority over non-founding members.
Do I pay anything while waiting?
No. Zero. Your billing only starts after you're matched to a group and begin networking. The founding member signup is completely free — you're simply reserving your spot and locking in your price.
What does "price lock" actually mean?
Your rate stays at $69 CAD/month for as long as you remain a member — even if we raise prices for new members in the future. This is our thank-you for believing in us early.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime — before or after matching. No contracts, no penalties, no awkward conversations. If you cancel before being matched, you simply lose your founding member benefits if you rejoin later.
