Create your 60-second introduction spotlight video. This is your first impression shared once with every business member you’re matched with. We break the ice for you.
Setup Payment (No Charge Yet)
Add your payment method. You won’t be charged until you’re matched to a group. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
Business Verification
Our team manually verifies your profile and business details. This ensures every Rhythm of Business member is a real business not just a salesperson or bot. This can take some time, but it protects everyone.
Get Matched
Once verified, we match you with 10-30 local businesses based on geography and behavioral patterns. You get protected industry territory you’re the only one in your category. Remember: you’re not charged until you’re matched. If it takes longer to build a group in your area, you wait for free.

Sunday: Share Your Weekly Story (5 Minutes)
Record your 60-second weekly story video. Share a quick win, tell a relatable story, and make a specific ask for who you want to meet. This keeps your group engaged and thinking about referrals for you.
Monday-Friday: Engage With Your Group (25 Minutes Total , You Choose When)
Watch & Respond: Watch your group members’ weekly story videos. React, comment, and engage with their content.
Give Referrals: When you see a fit, give a referral. Members can introduce each other directly.
Build Relationships: Chat with members, schedule one-to-one calls (optional), and deepen connections naturally.
Receive Referrals: When you give referrals, you receive them back. Our matching algorithm ensures givers are more likely to be matched with other givers , creating thriving, industry-diverse referral groups where referrals are shared freely. No competition.6
Saturday: Groups Evolve (Happens Automatically)
Our matching algorithms run every Saturday, potentially bringing new members to your group or moving you to a group with members you’re more compatible with.
Groups change a little each week , but not enough to disrupt the relationships you’re building. You can always keep in touch with every member you’ve built a relationship with, even if they move to a different group.
